Bought an "end-of-year" vehicle -- a 2019 Yukon XL Denali. Vehicle looks great and runs well, but it sat on another dealer's lot for several months and the tires developed flat spots. We were advised to drive it for a few hundred miles to see if it worked itself out. So we did, and while it improved somewhat, it didn't completely solve the problem. So after a short test-drive and an analysis of the results of "match-balancing", the decision was made to replace the tires -- no hesitation, just good customer service.
