I brought truck in for oil, filter change and tire rotation. The best I could tell it took a little less than one hour. I noticed my truck parked outside, after another 35 minutes I went to the service desk to see if there was a problem which I was told no and the service had been completed. I asked if I could pay and leave at which time I was taken to the cashiers window. If I had not been proactive in finding out about my truck I wonder how long I would have sat in the lounge? Definitely room for improvement.
